Paulson: Finance intervention has prevented "broad systemic" damage

Paulson: Finance intervention has prevented "broad systemic" damage Washington - US Treasury Secretary Henry Paulson Wednesday said the government's massive intervention in capital markets has prevented a "broad systemic event" but warned the financial system "remains fragile."
