Pakistan Elects To Field First Against Sri Lanka
Sri Lanka got to a bad start after the Pakistan skipper Younis Khan won the toss and elected to field first in the first test at Galle of the three test match series.
Sri Lanka lost their two wickets for just 21 runs on the Board as B Warnapura and K Sangakkara returned to pavilion after scoring 2 and 9 runs respectively.
Mohammad Aamer bowled brilliantly as he took two wickets in his first spell to give an edge to Pakistan team in the first session of the first day of the first test.
D Jayawardene also got out on the individual score of 30 as Sri Lanka finished the pre-lunch session at the score of 104 with the loss of 3 wickets.
N Paranavitana and T Samaraweera were present at the crease at their individual score of 57 and 3 runs at the lunch time.
