Pakistan beats Sri Lanka in fourth ODI matchakistan has defeated Sri Lanka by a huge margin of 146 runs in the fourth ODI match of the one-day international series to register their first win in the ODI series at Colombo on Friday.

Pakistan skipper Younis Khan won the toss and elected to bat first. Umar Akmal (102 not out), brother of Pakistan wicket-keeper Kamran Akmal, smashed an unbeaten century to help Pakistan to put up a huge total of 321 runs on the board with loss of 5 wickets in their allotted 50 overs.

T Thusara and C Bandara took two wickets each for Sri Lanka while mystery bowler A Mendis chipped in with one wicket. Sri Lankan team collapsed for just 175 runs on the board in just 36.1 overs.

W Tharanga (80) was only Sri Lankan batsman to show some resistance against the Pakistan bowling attack.

I Anjum took a five wickets haul and Umar Akmal was declared man of the match for his brilliant unbeaten ton.
