Congress workers and activists in Orissa have been asked not to raise slogans in the name of state leaders or local leaders in a meeting or a rally. Henceforth, members will have to chant slogans in the names of AICC chairperson Sonia Gandhi, party's general secretary Rahul Gandhi, prime minister Manmohan Singh and the Congress alone. 

A decision to this effect has been communicated to all the district unit presidents, sources said.
