Law Commissions should follow up a holistic approach and mull over the advantages and disadvantages of any planned reforms in perspective of culture and their practical facet.

After kicking off the biennial conference of the Commonwealth Association of Law Reform Agencies (CALRAs), Law Commission Chairman P V Reddy made this announcement.

Mr. Reddy stated, "A rational, balanced and foresighted approach coupled with lucid juristic analysis should form the course of lawreforms. A cool and dispassionate analysis and thinking intune with the constitutional values and larger societal interest are the hallmarks of law reform process."

"The problem is that I'm here always for a very less time and to give music in a Bollywood film you have to be here because producers can call you any time to make changes in the song; so it becomes a little difficult for me to do it," said Hussain who is based in US.
