New York, Nov 26 : Toxic singer Britney Spears has made a terrific comeback, and revealed that it was her ex-hubby Kevin Federline who ended their marriage.

Spears, 26, who had filed for divorce from Federline in 2006, revealed that

he was the one responsible for the demise for their marriage.

“I didn''t think my husband was gonna leave me,” the New York Daily News quoted her as saying in the latest issue of Rolling Stone magazine.

The singer also admitted in a new MTV documentary “Britney: For the Record,” which will be aired on November 30, that her marriage to Federline was a mistake.

“I think I married for all the wrong reasons,” she said.

“Instead of following my heart and, like, doing something that made me really happy ... I just did it because ... for just, like, the idea of everything,” she stated.

She further revealed that things started to go sour when Federline started working on his own projects, including a rap album.

“That''s when things got weird,” she added.

She admits that now she only sees Federline, who she refers to as “my babies’ daddy,” when the two are trading off the kids. (ANI)
