Google acquires video presentation company Omnisio Inc.

Google acquires video presentation company Omnisio IncSearch Engine major Google Inc. has acquired video mashup/presentation company Omnisio Inc. to make the YouTube more user friendly. The financial details of deal were not disclosed by Google. The deal would materialize the video editor facility in YouTube and offer enhanced options to users.

The Omnisio Inc. was founded by three Australians Ryan Junee, Julian Frumar and Simon Ratner. They expressed hope that the deal would help to make YouTube more attractive with added features. Omnisio Inc. is a major company in the field of advance video tool editing. The deal will combine their expertise and boost the business of Google’s video sharing platform.

Omnisio is already providing video editing facility to videos picked from YouTube to customers. Google bogglers have expressed hopes that the acquisition would make remixing of videos easier and interesting. The users can extract clips from video sources on the net and create various presentations using facilities provided by Google.

Google will now use technical knowledge of Omnisio for online video alterations and online presentations. It is a second deal by Google during the month of July. The company has acquired a Russian contextual advertising company ZAO Begun two weeks ago for $140 million.
