Apple offering $100 app store credit under back to school campaign
Technology giant, Apple is offering a $100 app store credit with the purchase of a mac computer from Apple's education store as part of its back to school promotion campaign.
The company had offered an iPod under the platform. However, the store app credit is expected to be more resourceful to the students who will be able to access a host of of iOS and OS X applications.
The store credit also benefits the company as it will recover at least 30 per cent of any purchase made using the credit and more if the user chooses an Apple application like Pages or iWork.
The offer will be valid from June to September 2011.
