Wipro, is pulling up its socks after its organisational revampWipro India's third largest software and services exporter announces that alterations in organizational structure will bring benefit in next three quarters. The company does not want to leave any stone unturn to maintain its leadership position among IT services companies.

In recent quarters Wipro has seen slower pace of growth as compared to its competitors Infosys, TCS and Cognizant and now the growth will take its tempo in next three quarters.

Recently, Wipro had appointed TK Kurien, the new chief executive of the company's IT business and he said that benefits cannot be drawn immediately it need some time and would take at least 3 quarters.

Wipro's headquarter in Bangalore has announced on Monday that organizational changes will help Wipro to achieve higher growth.

The organizational changes includes the company's IT business driven by six new business units and from now onwards company would have eight key functions in finance and accounts, human resources, strategic marketing, CIO and operations, mission quality, strategy and M&A , legal and risk compliance. The changes will be implemented by April 1, as said by Kurein.
