Emmbi Polyarns Ltd announced a positive growth in revenues and PAT for the three month period ended, June 30, 2010 after their listing.

The well established brands in the field of woven polyethylene and polypropylene product manufacturing industry posted net sales worth Rs 13.47 crore, whereas the net sales for the year FY10 stood at Rs 51.83 crore.

For the quarter ended June 30, the company PAT was Rs 81.43 lacs, whilst the profit after tax for the last full year stood at Rs 176 lacs.

The company's earnings per share (EPS) stood at Rs. 0.49 for the quarter ended June 30, 2010 whereas it was Rs. 2.04 for the year FY10.

While commenting on the results, Mr. Makrand Appalwar, Managing Director, Emmbi Polyarns Ltd. stated, "We are happy with the results. The numbers this quarter have come out well as per our expectations. The association with Czech Republic company Global Bag s. r. o. has helped us venture out in newer geographies. We hope this association will help us expand our distribution & marketing network & help us meet our expectation in the next quarter as well."

Emmbi Polyarns Limited has already declared its association in international marketing company called Global Bag.

Emmbi Polyarns has got hold of a 25% equity stake in the Czech Republican Company that is involved in marketing of Agricultural Storage Equipments & Packaging from an Austrian company, Silagro Gmbh.

Emmbi began the production of FIBC (Jumbo Bags) Geo-textiles, Canal Liners, Pond Liners, Flexible Tanks, Car Covers, Lumber Cover, PP Fibrillated Stitching Yarn, Container Liners, Protective irrigation system, etc back in 2006 & there has been no looking back since then.
