UP reported one more death due to swine flu
Swine flu has taken on more life in Lucknow after a gap of 5 months, where 30 years old women, Jyoti Singh die on Tuesday at Chattrapati Shahuji Maharaj Medical University. She was tested H1N1 positive and undergoing is treatment when she breathes her last breath.
Health officials said that there is nothing to panic about because this incident is an isolated case.
Jyoti Singh was diagnosed with bilateral pneumonia when she was admitted to the hospital on July 15 with breathlessness.
After testing her swab samples doctors established that she is suffering with swine flu.
It was reported that she was on her trip to south few days back and returned on July 9 from her trip when she noticed few symptoms of flu.
Principal Health Secretary Pradeep Shukla said that swine flu drugs are available at all common medical stores and at all district hospitals.
Taking into account last year swine flu cases and this year cases, UP has confirmed 1313 swine flu cases out of which 21 people had died.
