LG Eyes 25% Revenue From Health Plus Products In India
Rising on its proficiency in health-oriented technology, LG Electronics launched its second Health Plus campaign across Asia, comprising India.
The slogan of LG's Health Plus campaign is 'Upgrade Your Life in Every Way.'
With the help of this campaign, the company would aspire to boost its market control by offering up a complete range of home appliances to consumers and assist them maintain healthier homes for their families of course.
With LG Health Plus appliances, the users could now foster healthy lifestyles in every aspect of home living, from cooking to washing clothes to keeping the house clean, company sources here today said.
LG Electronics India Managing Director Moon Bum Shin, said, "LG strongly believes that a healthier lifestyle begins at home, so we have committed ourselves to provide the healthiest home environment."
Shin added that the annual campaign, which was also launched in 2009, tried on how the company could help make customers' lifestyles better through a series of latest health-conscious features and products.
LG's Health Plus Campaign highlighted novel technologies and features like Green Ion Door Cooling, Vitamin Plus in refrigerators, Tub cleaning and steam technology in front loading washing machines, steam chef and 101 auto cook healthy menus in microwave ovens.
The Health plus features which contributed 15% revenue to LG's total sales in 2009, was expected to hit the 25% mark in 2010. (With Inputs from Agencies)
