Lok Sabha Speaker Meira Kumar will meet all political parties' heads in order to settle the schedule for the Budget session starting Monday.

Meira would like to get a sense of what matters expected to be brought up during the meeting.

In the meantime, the Congress Core Committee settled its plan for the session at a conference of senior party heads on Friday.

Previously BJP has stated that it would lift the topic of price increase, internal protection and India-Pakistan talks in today's conference.

The Left said that they will arouse the issue of food inflation and other matters relation to the common man.

Parliament starts with a lecture by the President Pratibha Devisingh Patil to a combined sitting of both Houses on Monday.

The Railway Budget will be introduced on February 24, whereas the General Budget would be announced on February 26.
