A list of BitTorrent's 10 most downloaded books of 2009 was released recently by freakbits. com, the website which provides news from the popular file-sharing site BitTorrent. The topmost among the list of illegal download is Kama Sutra, which primarily consists of stuff related to sex and self-help guides, plus computer and home project manuals.

Stephenie Meyer, the author for the Twilight Series was the only one bestselling fiction author who made in the top ten. This indicated that illicit e-books wee downloaded by the users not just because they're free, but also for the convenience and relative anonymity.

As per the reports, all e-books in the top ten lists were illicitly downloaded between 100,000 and 250,000 times.
