After Sanchita, the12-year-old Anamika Chaudhary from Assam has won the Zee TV’s reality music show ‘Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Little Champs 2007’ after defeating the other two finalists Rohanpreet Singh and Tanmay Chaturvedi at Mumbai’s Andheri Sports Complex on Saturday night.

Anamika impressed the jury members and the viewers through her power-pack performances, and got the highest votes.

After winning the competition, Anamika said, “I am very happy that I fulfilled my parents' dreams. They always wishes and prayed that I win this competition.”

Anamika told that she will really miss her loving friends, adorable judges, the sets of Zee and the people who helped her to become winner of this grand show.

Recapping the unforgettable moments, Anamika said, "The biggest compliment came from Sonu Nigam when he said that I could be a very good play back singer. I will cherish this all my life".

Anamika said that this great show SRGMP has prepared her to be a better singer.

Anamika stated, "The vocal and diction exercises have really improved my singing".

While talking about the different famous persons who made it to the show, the excited L'il Champ said, "Ajayji, Kajolji, Aamirji, all were very nice. They encouraged me to sing well and move ahead in the competition".

Anamika has been awarded a cash prize of Rs 20 lakhs from Kidzee, ‘Hyundai i10’ car and a laptop from HDFC insurance, whereas first and second runner-up gets cash prize of Rs. 15 lakhs and Rs. 10 lakhs respectively.

First and foremost, Anamika wants to visit her temple back in Assam.

"I want to go there as soon as I reach home, as without God's blessings, I would not have won. Then I will go and meet my relatives and friends", she said.
