Yuvraj likely to miss Vadodra ODI
Indian stylish left-hand batsman Yuvraj Singh is looking doubtful for the first ODI match against Australia in Vadodra on Sunday as he has not fully recovered from finger injury.
Yuvraj had sustained fracture on his finger during a practice session in Champions Trophy in South Africa last month and he was advised for six week rest due to which Virat Kohli had replaced him in the Indian squad for Champions Trophy.
Yuvraj was named in the 15-member Indian squad for seven ODI matches series against Australia hoping that he would be fit before start of the opening match in Vadodra.
Speaking to media, Indian skipper Mahendra Singh Dhoni said that Yuvraj is doubtful for the opening match against Australia although he will be surely fit for the second one day international match.
Injuries have scared both India and Australia as Dhoni, Gautam Ghambir and Suresh Raina have sustained minor injuries during practice session while Australia's Michael Clarke, Brad Haddin and Nathan Bracken were ruled out of the series due to injuries.
