Polaris Software, a global IT solution provider focusing on the banking, financial services and insurance verticals, has registered a growth of 18 per cent in its consolidated PAT (profit after tax) for the first quarter ended June 30. The software firm posted a net profit of Rs 31.83 crore, against a consolidated profit after tax of Rs 27.01 crore during the June quarter a year earlier.

Further, the company also registered a surge of 15% in its consolidated gross profit of the company, which grew to Rs 117.67 crore in the latest quarter from Rs 102.30 crore in June quarter last year.

The shares of Polaris Software today settled the day at Rs 101 on BSE. The counter has made 52-week-high and low of Rs 115 and Rs 26 respectively.
