Reliance Globalcom claims experiencing strong growth globally The division managing global telecom operations of Anil Dhirubhai Ambani’s Reliance Communications – Reliance Globalcom on Monday announced that it is experiencing strong growth globally.

Offering managed services to enterprises and operators throughout the globe, Reliance Globalcom claimed that the demand for its global managed network services is growing strongly.

Reliance Globalcom posted 23 percent increase in its revenues for the first quarter – January-March, 2009. The company declared that its revenues for the quarter that ended on March 31 is Rs.1,880.3 crore ($391 million). The company disclosed that its revenue during the January-March quarter, 2008, was Rs.1,525.7 crore.  

Reliance Globalcom also declared in-hand new contracts with global Multinational Corporation’s, such as Compassion International of United States, UK based consultancy Mott McDonald, WorleyParsons and Italian manufacturer La Furla. The company told that its renewal contracts include Tyco/ADT, Isola Group SARL, Amplifon, Aurecon.
