Zaheer’s form will boost Indian bowling attack
Indian left arm pacer, Zaheer Khan is finally back in his form and bowled brilliantly against Ireland in the pool match of the ICC T20 World Cup.
Zaheer had suffered many injuries in his carrier due to which he missed many big tours and major events including ICC T20 World Cup last time in 2007 at South Africa.
Zaheer was also doubtful to play in this ICC T20 World Cup also after he received shoulder injury in the Indian Premier League (IPL-2) playing for the Mumbai Indians.
India will play its first match against West Indies today at the Lords and their main strike bowler, Zaheer's good form will be key to the success of Indian bowling attack against West Indies.
Zaheer said that he was lucky to recover from the shoulder injury and missed the cricketing action only for four weeks.
He further added that he is enjoying bowling in the England as the pitches in the England grounds assist pace bowlers and he is having some sweet memories of the past performances on these grounds.
