Mohan Bagan has suspended Bhaichung Bhutia from the club for a time period of six months on Monday.

The decision of Bhutia's suspension was taken by Mohun Bagan Executive Committee on Monday.

Mohan Bagan's vice-president Subrata Mukherjee said that we are not satisfied with the reply of Bhutia on the show-case notice and he took more than two weeks to give reply whereas the deadline was 48 hours.

Mohan Bagan club's official said that Bhutia had not taken any permission from the club officials to participate in the dance reality show.

Meanwhile, the club vice-president said that Bhutia can play in the national team during his suspension time period of six months.

Bhutia is expected to arrive on 15th June at Kolkata as presently he is at home in Sikkim on the vocations.
