Narayana Hrudayalaya (NH) Hospitals has inked a 5-year technology pact with HCL Infosystems to roll out hospital information system, which handles patient documentations and other hospital statistics on cloud infrastructure.

With this, HCL's blu (enterprise cloud's infrastructure) will be positioned crosswise 22 NH medical institutions comprising the ones in different cities comprising Bangalore, Ahmedabad, Jamshedpur and Jaipur.

This execution by HCL Infosystems is also the first of its kind in the country where the Hospital Information Systems (HIS) application program for a hospital is fully positioned on the cloud.

The solution would lessen capital and operational expenses for Narayana Hrudayalaya and will allow the hospital to offer up faster access to health care for its patients like facilitating quicker patient listings.

The implementation will also facilitate hospital personnel to swiftly make out their organizational tasks thus freeing their time to offer health care.
