Aishwarya Rai Bachchan was able to climb steep mountains while playing the character of Sita opposite her hubby, Abhishek Bachchan in the upcoming movie Ravana.

Aish is playing the lead role in the big-budget Mani Ratnam film and was shooting a very important sequence of the movie. Vikram is the other person who is working as one of the lead cast and is working as the second hero of the mythology-based cinema.

This act of the gorgeous actress is sure to take people by surprise. Well, it surely did on the sets where the crew members were surprised that the lady was able to achieve what even men were afraid to do.

Ash was also hurt but she did manage to do the climbing in one go.

Ravana is going to come out in Hindi and Tamil versions and is going to be screened during the Cannes Film Festival which will happen on May 14.

The buzz in the industry is that Sita will be supporting Ravana and not Ram, as the traditional story goes. She does that when Ram doubts her character. Sita then goes back to Ravana. This is where the story ends.
