MJ’s former financial adviser gives ''secret'' $5M stash to estate administrators
London, July 26 : Late King of Pop Michael Jackson''s former financial adviser, Dr. Tohme Tohme, has revealed that he handed over 5.5millon dollars and substantial amounts of personal property to the temporary administrators of the singer's estate.
He made the disclosure after court documents released on Friday suggested that the administrators of Jackson's estate-attorney John Branca and music executive John McClain- had recovered the money and substantial amounts of personal property from an unnamed former financial adviser.
"It was not ''recovered''. I had the money and I gave it to them. It was a secret between Michael and me," the Independent quoted him as saying.
He revealed that the money came from recording residuals, and was earmarked by Jackson for the purchase of what was to be his "dream home" in Las Vegas.
He further revealed that he was in negotiations for the home when Jackson died.
"He said, ''Don''t tell anyone about this money''. But when he passed away I told them I had this money, and I gave it to them," he recalled.
Branca and McClain, the temporary administrators of Jackson's estate, are presently said to be completing several deals that they expect will generate "tens of millions of dollars of revenues". (ANI)
