Microsoft India Rolls-Out Dynamics CRM 4.0It seems that multinational computer technology corporation, Microsoft India too is feeling the heat of the ongoing global economic crisis.

Thus, in order to optimize costs and streamline processes, Microsoft India came forward and launched its customer relationship management (CRM) software on Wednesday.

As a value-driven customer relationship management solution, Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 offers the facility for organizations to optimize productivity, profitability, infrastructure and their budgets.

The new CRM works parallel to the likes of Microsoft software (viz. Outlook, Excel). Apart from this, Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 also proposes businesses the competitive benefit they are looking for in a challenging financial atmosphere. It helps the organizations to focus upon suitable business optimization for both bottom-line and top-line activities by focusing on efficiency and cost savings; effectiveness and maximizing existing customer relationships.

While confirming the development, Mr. Sushant Dwivedy (Microsoft India Director - Business Solutions) said, “With customer service and loyalty becoming increasingly critical to business success, our CRM solution assists organizations place their customers at the centre of all their business activities.”

It is learnt that in India, insurance sector is driving the adoption of CRM followed closely by the IT/ITeS segment.

In US and Canada, Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online is available in English. However, the worldwide rollout beyond these two countries has not been announced yet by the company. Over the last six months, nearly 500 customers and 200 partners have used Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online via the Microsoft Early Access Program.
