Many people have filed complaints against Jessica Alba's Honest Company stating that its sunscreen is defective. Using the medium of the internet, angry customers have posted their complaints and some have even posted pictures of sunburns suffered by them due to the product's alleged inefficiency.

The product in question is an SPF 30 sunscreen having broad spectrum, mineral-based protection and is said to be effective for up to 80 minutes. For now, it is not known that the complaints are from the people who have properly followed the instructions.

There are some users who have suffered sunburns just after staying out in the sun for an hour. On the other hand, the company stated that it will continue stay firm on what it has claimed that is to provide safe and effective products.
