Manmohan Singh likely to be discharged from hospital on Saturday
New Delhi, Jan 30: Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh, who is recuperating after a coronary by-pass surgery is likely to be discharged from the All India Institute of Medical Science (AIIMS) on Saturday.
Dr Vijay D'Silva of the Mumbai-based Asian Heart Institute, said the Prime Minister is likely to be discharged tomorrow.
Dr. D'Silva said the Prime Minister has slowly started getting back to his routine.
"Dr. Singh started his day by reading newspapers followed by some basic exercises, a walk in the corridor after which he had his breakfast," he added
Dr. Singh, who underwent coronary bypass surgery on January 24, was moved out of the ICU January 28. All of his monitoring devices have been removed. (ANI)
