Mahi retains top spot in ICC ODI rankings
India captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni has retained top spot in the ODI batsmen ranking while stylish batsman Yuvraj Singh continued to be at the second spot in the latest ICC ODI Players Ranking issued on Wednesday.
Dhoni is leading the ranking table with 828 ranking points while Yuvraj is way behind from his compatriot with 784 points. Australian Mike Hussey, popularly known as Mr. Cricket, is at the third position with 767 points.
Virender Sehwag at the seventh position, master blaster Sachin Tendulkar at 15th position and Gautam Gambhir at 19th place are the other India batsman in top 20 rankings.
Sri Lankan fast bowler Nuwan Kulasekara has topped the ODI bowler rankings. Kiwi Kyle Mills stood at second spot while spinning maestro Muttiah Muralitharan followed him at third place. Indian bowlers failed to make place in the top 10 ODI bowlers. Left arm pacer Zaheer Khan is only Indian to craft into top 20 ODI bowlers to be at 16th place.
