Frankfurt - A German Lufthansa AG airline collided with a bus on a Frankfurt airport runway, officials said Thursday.

The aircraft had just landed from Tehran and was making its way to its final position when it hit the bus. The passenger bus was empty at the time of the collision.

No-one was injured in the incident, which resulted in only minor damage to the aircraft, said a spokesman for Frankfurt Airport operator, Fraport AG. (dpa)
