Jacintha Saldanha suicide note names FM hoax callAccording to a new report, nurse Jacintha Saldanha had left three suicide notes and one of them named the 2Day FM hoax call.

Saldanha had received an early morning hoax call from radio anchors Michael Christian and Mel Greig, who posed as Queen Elizabeth II and Prince Charles. There was no receptionist on duty and thus and she put them through to a colleague, who gave out details of Kate's recovery from severe morning sickness. Subsequently, Saldanha was found dead after a suicide.

An inquest into her death held this week in London found that there were three suicide notes and one of them was linked to the 2Day FM hoax call.

The radio jockeys from Sydney station 2Day FM, who made the prank call to the London's King Edward VII Hospital treating Prince William's wife Kate posing as Queen Elizabeth II and Prince Charles, said they are heartbroken to hear about her death. Michael Christian said that it was supposed to be just a simple prank.

The radio show has been axed, the duo suspended and moved to a ''safe house'' after death threats.
