Infosys BPO, the business process outsourcing division of Infosys Technologies, has bagged two awards at SSON's (Shared Services and Outsourcing Network) 2010 North American Shared Services Excellence Awards.

Infosys BPO together with its customers McClatchy and P and G were declared winner and runner-up respectively under the category 'Best New Outsourced Services Delivery (under 3 years)' at the award ceremony held at Orlando, Florida.

Patrick Arlequeeuw, Vice President R and D, Product Supply and Customer Business Development Services for P and G's Global Business Services said that this is really a proud moment for the company.

He added that the participating companies are best in their fields and the selection process is very competitive.
