A person has shared about journey of quitting smoking to adopting the habit of adopting electronic cigarette smoking and then starting a vaping company and eventually, focusing on breath. It made the person discover how meditation can help millions of people.
Stress is the main problem of so many diseases in the world. It can lead to so many problems like insomnia, headaches, back pain, depression and many other problems. People try different ways to deal with the ways.
The person had its own ways. He chose smoking to release stress, but later the lifestyle he was leading could not satisfy him. The person used to live in New York, but later went to Colorado and started doing other activities like hiking, yoga and other outdoor activities.
It helped the person to quit drinking and other drugs. It was this time when the person was introduced to e-cigarettes and vaping helped quitting conventional smoking. The person was so happy with it that at the age of 25, he decided to launch a vaping business.
The business was doing well, but the person found to relieve stress and that was with mindfulness practice and meditation. It helped lower the person's blood pressure, deeply relaxing and increasing parts of my brain and increasing mental capacity.
