It has been informed that most wanted Hasan Ali Khan has been arrested on Monday and will be produced before the Mumbai Court soon. The Enforcement Directorate (ED) has finally arrested Hasan Ali Khan after six hours of grilling in Mumbai on Monday.

Hasan Ali Khan is a real-estate businessman and stud farm owner whose main operation was at Pune. He was accused of stashing black money abroad. After the arrest, Hasan Ali complained of illness. He was then taken to the JJ Hospital for a medical check-up.

Earlier, the Supreme Court slammed the government over its casual attitude towards the black money holders. After that the government had taken action against Hasan Ali.

On 4th of March, the enforcement directorate (ED) first issued a 'Look Out' circular against Hasan Ali Khan. And after that the ED has carried out a raid in his premises on 7th of March. Then Hasan Ali was arrested under violation of Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA).

In next 10 days, the Directorate will file a status report of the entire issue. It will be done under the supervision of the director, ED.
