New Delhi, Mar 12: A Delhi court today pulled up CBI for its failure to file status report in a 1984 anti-Sikh riots case involving Congress leader Jagdish Tytler.
The court also directed the CBI to file its report in the case involving Tytler within a week.
The CBI, in January, was granted some more time by the court to file the investigation report in the anti-Sikh riots case.
The agency was supposed to submit its report on March 12.
