Strasbourg, France  - French police found some demonstrators arrested during anti-NATO rioting in Strasbourg on Saturday afternoon were carrying loaded guns, security sources told the German Press Agency dpa.

Black-clad militants had earlier set fire to at least three buildings as riot police tried to drive them away with tear gas. The violence appeared to ebb by late afternoon, but the buildings were gutted. It was not immediately known if there were any injuries. (dpa)
