DNA samples of Aarushi tampered, suspected pathologist missing
After 16 months of infamous murder of the Aarushi Talwar, 14-year-old DPS Noida student, there is new twist in the murder case. The vaginal swab of Aarushi Talwar samples has been tampered. But it is not exactly known, who is responsible for the tampering.
All fingers are pointed at Dr. Ritcha Sexana, the pathologist. But according to official documents, she was transferred out as the Consultant Pathologist from the Government hospital, Noida, in 2005. She was declared absconder by the Uttar Pradesh Government as didn’t accepted her transfer order and she is officially absent from January 2008 till date.
Even the attendance register show that Ritcha Saxena was absent from January 23 but she conducted Aarushi's post-mortem on May 16, 2008. What adds fuel to the fire is that as Saxena’s replacement in the hospital is still to join, all samples were sent to the Government Hospital in Ghaziabad for testing but samples of Aarushi were dealt by Saxena despite being officially absent from duty.
Saxena can’t be found anywhere, even at her home. The closeness of Saxena to the Talwar family is well-established as Aarushi’s dentist mother is treating her daughter for last three years.
