Distancing away the ageing process
According to health experts a few measures have been suggested in order to keep oneself hale and hearty.

Some important handy measures include drinking at least two bottles of water every day. Usage of moisturizers to hydrate the skin externally, pat skin dry instead of rubbing a towel over it roughly, help in retention of moisture. Avoiding dehydration of skin via less intake of laxatives, diuretics, and excess coffee or tea (two cups a day is all right).
The diet should consist of antioxidant-rich foods such as fruits, fresh salads and green tea or herbal infusions which means one should include at least have two fruits regularly, in addition to a bowl of fresh salad like cucumbers, tomatoes, lettuce, broccoli and bell peppers.
Vegetable provides nutrients while nuts and oilseeds are heavy on minerals such as chromium, phosphorus and potassium.
However, this when packaged with meditation, yoga and learning to manage anxiety and stress will distance the ageing as far as possible.
