Dentist’s family asks to-be son-in-law for teeth makeover before wedding!
Melbourne, Sept 8 : Gordon Taylor had never thought his teeth would reduce his nuptial prospects until he was asked to get them fixed if he wanted to marry a dentist's daughter.
The 32-year-old Taylor, of the Isle of Man, in the Irish Sea, wanted to marry Sarah Lewis.
However, Taylor plans were crushed when he was told by the family to have a series of teeth fillings and cosmetic surgery before he could tie the knot with Sarah.
The girl's father, Dr Philip Lewis, even gave him "snap-on smile" cosmetic denture to wear for the wedding in Cowes.
The Daily Telegraph quoted Taylor as saying: "I didn''t mean to neglect my teeth, I guess it was just the lifestyle I was leading.
"When I met Sarah, I guess her family noticed them more than most because her father is a dentist."
Lewis confessed he was shocked to see his future son-in-law''s teeth.
He said: "The thought of my daughter walking down the aisle to Gordon with his teeth the way they were was not a good one," he said. (ANI)
