Last night saw Indian Premiere League starting with Kolkata Knight Riders taking on last year's champions, Deccan Chargers. It was but expected for the 1st day of the event to be filled with well known faces of the country, be it from business tycoons and politicians to Bollywood stars and other socialites.

What was exciting to see was Deepika Padukone, who seemed to be in bloom in company of Royal Challengers owner, Vijay Mallya and his son Siddharth, at one of the VIP lounges at the DY Patil Stadium. Even when Deepika was the only star from Bollywood there, she seemed not be in scarcity of anyone's company. After giving a wonderful performance before the game started, she looked pretty comfortable talking to the hot and handsome Junior Mallya.

The two were so engrossed with each other, that they hardly paid attention to the ongoing match. There seems to be fair chance to see more of the two as they both looked pretty interested in each other, and they even left the event together, just minutes into the second half of the match.
