Washington, Feb 1 : Director David O. Russell is reportedly in early talks to direct and cast Jennifer Lawrence in an as-of-yet-untitled film based on American inventor and entrepreneur Joy Mangano, who created the Miracle Mop and Huggable Hangers.

According to Deadline. com, if the Oscar-winning star is selected for Mangano's role, she will play a single mom who works three jobs and overcame long odds with an invention that became a Home Shopping Network sensation.

Russell has previously worked with the 23-year-old actress in 'Silver Linings Playbook' and 'American Hustle'. (ANI)
