The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) today announced big prize money of Rs 10 million for the winners of its Corporate Trophy while the runner up will be awarded with an amount of Rs 5 million.

The first edition of BCCI Inter-Corporate Trophy will be played among twelve teams which have been divided into four groups of three teams each and the league matches will be played between September 1-3 while semifinals will be played on 5th and 6th September.

All league matches will held in Mohali, Visakhapatnam, Dharamsala and Bangalore. The first semifinal will be played in Mohali while Bangalore will host second semifinal match and the grand finale on 8th September.

BCCI secretary N. Srinivasan said that each team would have to include two scholarship players from the Under-19 category and all international players will participate in the tournament from their respective teams.
