China thumps India in AWC

Asia Women's ChampionshipChina has crushed India in a Level I match of the 23rd FIBA Asia Women's Championship (AWC). China defeated India by a big margin of 107-49 at the Jawaharlal Nehru Indoor Stadium on Saturday.

This was third straight defeat of the Indian girls in the tournament, while Chinese girls won their third successive match to ensure their berth in the semifinals. Indian girls looked helpless against the Chinese attack and they failed to even reduce margin of defeat.
