China Authorities Unveil Plan To Strengthen Foreign Investment
China will provide discounted loans and other incentives to companies to boost foreign investment in the country's inland regions, the commerce ministry has said.
The administration is looking for investment in segments including farming, processing business, funding, education, culture and touristry, among others, in the regions of Shanxi, Anhui, Jiangxi, Henan, Hubei and Hunan.
Chinese functionaries will introduce business-friendly plans and slash transaction costs to attract businesses in the central Chinese provinces that are less industrialized.
The ministry needs rectifying any practices, which disturb business function, comprising arbitrary law enforcement, and establishing state-level industrial zones to improve industrial enterprises. (With Inputs from Agencies)
