Canadian police catch U.S. fugitive, another sought inThey arrested one fugitive from Texas wanted on murder charges and were looking for another sought for violating probation, Police in Canada has said.

The Ottawa Citizen reported on Sunday that Lox Gorme, 39, was arrested at the Ottawa airport on Saturday as he waited to get on a flight to Singapore. The Citizen also said that Gorme reportedly is accused in the Wednesday shooting death of his ex-wife's brother in Harris County, Texas.

Police said that Gorme was being held pending extradition.

It was further reported that the other case, former CFL quarterback Cody Ledbetter, 36, who is wanted in Texas for violating his probation and in connection with a Saturday disturbance at a home in Ottawa, was still at large pleaded.

It has also been reported that Ledbetter pleaded guilty in 2005 to two counts of having an improper relationship with a high school student. He had been a high school coach in Texas. (With Inputs from Agencies)
