Washington - US President George W Bush will visit Europe from June 9-16 to attend the US-EU summit in Slovenia before making stops in other countries, the White House said.

After the summit, Bush will head to Berlin to mark the 60th anniversary of the Marshall Plan, the US rebuilding plan for Europe following World War II.

Bush will then travel to Italy, the Vatican, France and Britain, the White House said. (dpa)
