BioWare is planning to release Star Wars: The Old Republic on 20 December in the US and on 22 in countries in Europe.

The game is the most expensive title from Electronic Arts was announced by the founders of developer BioWare, Dr. Ray Muzyka and Dr. Greg Zeschuk. The game is expected to have cost more than £100 million to Electronic Arts. However, experts point out that the company could earn billion from the game.

The company had announced Star Wars: the Old Republic at Eurogamer Expo in London this week. The game is similar to World of Warcraft but the gamers get to play with much identifiable characters like Jedi, Sith and others.
