The fourth seeded pair of India's Mahesh Bhupathi and Mark Knowles of Bahamas stormed into the quarterfinals of the men’s double event of the Wimbledon championship after defeating India’s Prakash Amritraj and Pakistan's Aisam-Ul-Haq Qureshi duo on in London on Monday.

Bhupathi-Knowles duo has defeated the unseeded pair of Prakash and Qureshi by 6-4, 5-7, 7-6 (3), 6-0 in the third round of the men’s double event of the Wimbledon championship.

Bhupati-Knowles duo won the first set easily as they broke their opponent’s service twice in the first set. But, Prakash and Qureshi duo won the second set to equal the game by 1-1.

But, there was a tough competition between Bhupati-Knowles and their opponents in the third set as the sent went to tie-breaker which was won by Bhupati-Knowles by 7-6(3).

Bhupathi and Knowles outplayed their opponents in the rain interrupted fourth set as they won fourth set and win the match to qualify to the next round of the Wimbledon championship.
