Australian court temporarily bans sale of Samsung’s tablet computer
Apple has appeared to won a battle in the out all war against rival, Samsung as a federal court in Australia temporarily banned the sale of the South Korean giant’s latest computer tablet in Australia.
The American giant accuses Samsung of copying its phone smartphone and iPad tablet computer to create its Galaxy series of smartphones and tablets. Samsung's Galaxy devices are seen as among the biggest challengers to Apple's mobile products.

Apple legal battle against Samsung and other manufacturers is actually targeted against Android itself. Samsung has declared that it is moving to "all-out war" in its patent infringement dispute with Apple.
The new ruling from the Australian court could prove to be a disaster for Samsung’s business in the country if it misses the crucial Christmas holiday season sales. Apple has already won a legal battle against eh company in Germany, Europe's biggest economy, where the sale of the Galaxy Tab 10.1 has been banned.
Meanwhile, Samsung had said last week that it will try to stop the sale of Apple's iPhone 4S in France and Italy arguing that Apple is using technology covered under its 3D transmission patents.
