Australia To Take On England Today
Australia will be looking to take lead in the series as they will take on England in the second test match of the Ashes series at the Lords today, after ending first test match with a draw.
The first test had finished with a draw as Australia failed to take just one wicket after M Panesar and J Anderson played through almost 12 overs on the last day of the match.
Australian batsmen performed brilliantly in the first test with four of them scoring tons including R Ponting, B Haddin, M North and S Katich, while M Johnson and N Hauritz were also impressive with the ball.
The knee injury of the all-rounder Andrew Flintoff, who has announced to quit from test cricket after Ashes, has been a big worry for England as he played a major role in the last Ashes victory of England.
