Apple to release OS X Mountain Lion this summer
Technology giant, Apple is planning to release its new OS X Mountain Lion in the coming summer.
The new version of the OS will bring more integration to earlier versions found iPad, iPhone and iPod Touch. Apple announced Mountain Lion on Thursday and announced some details of the version which was called as Mac OS X on its website.
Apple has already allowed developers to download Mountain Lion to allow them to begin work on integrating their apps with the version so that the OS will give access to most apps when it is released to the public in the coming months.
Mountain Lion will be released rough the Mac App Store on Apple laptops and desktops like its earlier version. The new version will include more than 100 new features that wll be inspired by Apple computer tablet computer.
Mountain Lion will include Twitter integration and will reply more on cloud application, iCloud compared to earlier version of OS X. The iCloud accounts are linked to Apple ID and will be used to set up Calendar, Contacts, Mail, Messages, FaceTime and Find My Mac apps in Mountain Lion. Apple claims that more than 100 million have iCloud accounts.
