Leading Real estate developer Ansal API has announced its year-end financial results for the fiscal year 2009-10 and it has posted an impressive rise in net profit figure.

The company has registered a net profit of Rs 71 crore for the year that ended in 31st March, 2010. The consolidated net profit was reported to be Rs 30.69 crore for the financial year 2008-09. This net profit figure has grown up by 131 % in this year as compared to the last fiscal. This has been informed by the Ansal API in a press release.

Vice-Chairman and Managing Director of Ansal API, Mr. Pranav Ansal has informed that the main strategy of the company is to provide its products in various price points and categories. The company is keen on coming up with products of several price range as well as veracities. He has also said that there is a pick-up in demand in the market recently.

The housing segment is having a huge demand now-a-days. So as per Mr. Ansal, the company is looking forward to catch that demand in this fiscal year.
